Lajitas Energy LLC was formed to participate in oil and gas development through non-operated working interest ownership. Our role is to evaluate, invest in, and support upstream opportunities alongside experienced operators and industry partners.
Our perspective is grounded in reservoir engineering. We approach opportunities by evaluating reservoir quality, production performance, decline behavior, development plans, recovery potential, and asset economics. This technical foundation helps us assess risk, understand value, and participate as an informed non-operating partner.
